Overview of AR Manual Implementation Support
AQTIA and Grace Technology aim to transform traditional manuals into more comprehensible AR manuals. Moving beyond text and illustrations, these AR manuals incorporate explanations through text, illustrations, videos, and audio, and offer remote expert support. Users can operate hands-free by wearing the ThinkReality A3, which displays operational procedures and videos in AR. The implementation support service includes analyzing existing manuals and interviewing operators to create AR manuals that are intuitive and easy to understand. This approach can reduce onboarding processes from the typical six months to approximately three months.
